Cancellation policy

The Mossbox Monthly offers two membership plans:

Monthly membership — billed monthly, cancel anytime before the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for the next issue.

Annual membership — billed annually upfront at a 10% discount. Your membership renews automatically each year until cancelled.

Cancellations You may cancel your membership at any time through your customer account portal. Cancellations must be made before the 15th of the month to take effect for the following issue.

Refunds Monthly members are not eligible for refunds on already-processed orders. Annual members who cancel mid-year are eligible for a prorated refund for unfulfilled issues, minus any discount received.

Service discontinuation In the event The Mossbox Monthly discontinues service, prepaid annual members will receive a prorated refund for all unfulfilled issues.
