All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our monthly subscriptions, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month's edition. Cancellations made after the 15th will take effect the following billing cycle.
Billing & dispatch schedule
- Orders placed May 1–15 receive the June Edition, shipping the first week of June
- Orders placed the 16th–15th of each subsequent month receive the following month's edition
