Shipping Policy
When do orders ship? All orders are dispatched in the first week of each month. If you place your order after the monthly dispatch window has closed, your order will ship in the following month's batch.
Shipping rates Shipping is included in the price of all tiers — no surprise fees at checkout.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping methods
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 ship via USPS First Class Mail in a flat envelope
- Tier 3 ships via USPS First Class Package in a bubble mailer
International orders We ship worldwide. Please note that international customers may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Tracking Tracking availability depends on the shipping method and destination. We'll do our best to provide tracking information when available.
